Fast, sturdy, and ecofriendly constructive frames
An innovative method for building fast, sturdy, and ecofriendly constructive frames. DHOUSE was developed by DS Constructions as an agile construction solution using D-LOCK-T constructive cassettes of varying heights (from 100mm to 200mm).
Without additional structural or pillar support
The entire building’s frame is assembled with thin-sided metal cassettes, which are strong enough to carry the entire weight of the building and roof, without additional structural or pillar support. This method can be applied to most design requirements, including bridging up to 4.5 meters gaps on different floors, and up to 8 meters gaps under the rooftop in buildings with up to four floors.
Satisfy client and planner's imagination
DHOUSE walls are multi-functional due to the structural properties of the cassette, which acts both as the frame and pillars, as well as the casing for the insulation materials, electrical wiring and piping. The advantage of a smooth exterior side of the cassette provides the client and planner with a myriad of façade covering options to satisfy their imagination.
Building fairly high
DHOUSE enables you to build fairly high - up to four stories without additional structural support.
When a taller building of six floors is required for example, the first two floors are reinforced with additional support, while the top four floors are supported by the walls of the frame only.
The DHOUSE method is suitable for most architectural plans, even if the plan wasn’t originally designed for this method.
